Coordinator cum Interpreters
Geographic boundaries are easier to cross; not so with linguistic barriers. To tackle this, MIOT's administrative team has made arrangements for exclusive coordinators who converse with the patient in their own language. This coordinator continues to render translation assistance making things simpler for the patient as well as the Doctor during the consultation phase and thenceforth.

By popular demand, the office also organizes guided tours around the city for patients and their attendants.
